Domestic and International Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Times: All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Delays may occur during high volume periods.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges vary based on weight, destination, and carrier. Rates and delivery estimates will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We use ShipStation to find the best rates from carriers like USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other third parties.
Delivery Delays: Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially in international shipping.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses: We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Trike Life is not responsible for any customs, duties, and taxes applied to your order. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages: Trike Life is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order is damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods.
Special Shipping Considerations: Custom recumbent trikes and taxi garage carts require special shipping arrangements. These cases are handled individually to ensure proper delivery.

Trike Life Returns and Exchanges Policy
Return Time Frame Customers have 30 days from the receipt of their order to initiate a return.
Condition for Returns and Exchanges Items must be returned in the original packaging with all tags/labels intact and unused.
Refunds Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Exchanges Exchanges can be made in-store or online, after the return of the original item in the specified condition.
Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error by Trike Life, verified by the order slip and receipt.
Restocking Fees A restocking fee of 20% applies to all trikes, carts, and purchases over $1000.
Exceptions No returns or exchanges are allowed on custom items.
